1SG (Ret) Kenneth Neal Gage, Sr., 90, of Gulfport, MS passed away on Friday, August 26, 2022. Funeral services will be held at Vance Brooks Funeral Home, 4048 Macon Road, Columbus, GA on Wednesday, August 31, 2022 beginning at 12:30 PM with Rev. David Kees officiating. The interment will conclude at Fort Mitchell National Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11:30 AM until 12:30 PM, one hour prior to the service.

Kenneth was born on May 5, 1932 in Clemscott, OK to Willie Gage and Mary Faulkner Gage. He proudly served our country in the United States Army, retiring with the rank of First Sergeant. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict and Vietnam War.

Other than his parents, Kenneth is preceded in death by loving and devoted wife Louise McKenzie Gage and grandson Wesley Gage.

Survivors include his sons Kenneth Gage, Jr. (Sharleen) of Gulfport, MS, David Cox of Salem, AL, and Bryan W. Gage (Janie) of Covington, GA; daughter-in-law Glenda McNeel of Appling, GA; grandchildren Michael McNeel, Allen Gage (Jennifer), Jeffrey Gage, Leslie Maley (Kyle), Kaitlin Cox, Adam Gage, Jason Becknell, Sara Becknell, Lynsey Gage, and Taylor Gage; and great-grandchildren Jaylyn Maley, Oliver Maley, Karley Welch, Lily Ann Bruce, Wesley Bruce, Grayson Becknell, Samantha Gage, and Jeremy Gage.
