Aaron Craig Fergison

Aaron Craig Fergison, 49, of Phenix City, Alabama, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, December 19, 2022, in Troy, Alabama.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 AM EST on Thursday, December 29, 2022, in the chapel of Vance Brooks Funeral Home located at 3738 U.S. Highway 431 North, Phenix City, Alabama 36867, with Rev. Ricky Ward officiating.

Aaron was born in Columbus, Ohio, the son of Allen Craig Fergison and Karol Ochs Fergison. To appease his sense of adventure and warmer climate, Aaron moved his family to Phenix City, AL. He was a HVAC Mechanical Foreman which allowed him to travel and see more places. Aaron’s love for travel created more opportunities for him to ride his Vanderhall, three-wheel motorcycle, which he truly enjoyed. He enjoyed hiking, running and any other activity which would allow him to be outdoors. Aaron was also known for his “Gift of Gab”, and he could talk to anyone, anywhere, he never met a stranger. Aaron loved a good prank especially those that embarrassed his daughters. Above all, he loved his family and the time he got to spend with them, especially his grandson Grayson. Another special family member was his beloved pet Aly, who was known as his “Princess.”

In addition to his parents, Aaron is survived by his wife of twenty-seven years Kelle Hostetler Fergison of Phenix City, AL; daughters Elizabeth Fergison and Kaitlyn Fergison both of Phenix City, AL; sister Joleen Kent and husband David of Punta Gorda, FL; grandson Grayson Powell and nephews Alex Kent, Max Kent and Austin Hostetler.
