Angel Annette Kirkland

Angel Annette Kirkland, 46, of Columbus, Georgia, passes away on Friday, March 10, 2023, in Columbus, Georgia.

The family will announce a Memorial Service at a later date.

Angel was born in Baxley, Georgia, the daughter of Larry Kirkland and Kathy Scott Kirkland. Angel was a person who loved the outdoors, especially long walks. She was also known as a really good cook and she enjoyed cooking for others. Traveling was another passion of Angel’s. She enjoyed day trips and spending time at the beach. Above all, she loved her family and enjoyed the time she was able to spend with them.

Angel was preceded in death by her father Larry Kirkland.

Those left behind to cherish her memory is her husband James Brad Gibson of Columbus, GA; mother Kathy Kirkland of Phenix City, Alabama; sisters Stephanie Tischler and her husband Joel of Buena Vista, GA and Angie Jarrett of Columbus, GA; brother Scott Kirkland of Chicago, IL; two special Godchildren that she loved as her own Grayson and Dixie Little many caring friends and extended family members.
