Mrs. Annie Louise Pate

Annie Louise Pate, 84, of Columbus, GA passed away on Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at her residence.  A funeral service will be held at Vance Brooks Funeral Home, 4048 Macon Road, Columbus, GA on Friday, August 14, 2020 beginning at 2:00 pm. The interment will conclude at Parkhill Cemetery.  The family will receive friends Thursday, August 13, 2020 at Vance Brooks Funeral Home from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm.

Annie was born on February 27, 1936 in Elba, AL to the late Henry G. Boothe and Annie Smith Boothe. She retired from Sunshine Biscuit after working several years as a packer. Throughout her life, it was easy to see that Annie loved her family. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, sister, and friend. Annie will be greatly missed by all whose lives she touched. She was Baptist by faith.

Other than her parents, Annie is preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Brady A. Pate, and her brothers, James G. Boothe, Mixon Boothe, Osbon Boothe, and Alton Boothe.

Survivors include her daughter, Vicki Pate of Columbus, GA; son, Nickey Pate (Pamela) of Phenix City, AL; grandchildren, Elana Alday, Crystal Martin, Zachary Pate; great-grandchildren, Trista Alday, Elliana Alday, Athens Edwards, Gunnar Edwards, Aleea Martin, Anne Beabeau, Bradon Beabeau; great-great-granddaughter, Annastacia Priester.
