Arthur Ronald Todd, Sr.

Arthur Ronald Todd, Sr., 83, of Peachtree City, GA passed away Wednesday, December 07, 2016 at Piedmont-Fayette Hospital in Fayetteville, GA.  A funeral service will be held at Vance-Brooks Funeral Home, 4048 Macon Road, Columbus, GA on Saturday, December 10, 2016 beginning at 3:00 P.M. EST with Pastor Charles Hays  officiating.  The family will receive friends prior to the service at the funeral home from 12:00 Noon until 2:00 P.M. EST.  The interment will conclude the service at Parkhill Cemetery.    

Mr. Todd was born November 10, 1933 in Americus, GA to the late James Harold Todd and Florrie Mae Bass Todd.  He was a member of Edgewood Assembly of God. He worked as a sales manager at the Bradley Company.  He was the owner of the family business, Todd Piano Shop.  He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and a good Christian man.  He loved all Georgia sports, including the Braves, Falcons, and GA Bulldogs.  He also enjoyed fishing. 

Survivors include his loving wife of fifty years, Edith Gordon Todd; three daughters:  Cindi Beech and Leonard of Kempner, TX, Shelia Zimmer and Gary of Peachtree City, GA, and Joyce Gruschow and Tom of Peachtree City, GA; two sons, Arty Todd and Gail of LaGrange, GA and Dewayne Griffin of Columbus, GA; fifteen grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
