Bently was born in Cordele, GA the son of Daniel B. Martin and Danielle Brooke Martin. He later moved to Phenix City, AL with his mother and he was in the fourth grade at Phenix City Elementary School. Bently truly enjoyed life and was very outgoing. He loved reading, dinosaurs and especially the outdoors. He had a passion for animals, especially being the caretaker of Diane Rawn’s horses. Bently never met a stranger and had a special gift for remembering people’s names. Often, he could be found talking to older adults and even reading to them. He was known by many as a prankster enjoying the moment when he could scare someone. Most of all, he loved and enjoyed the time he spent with his family. He had a passion for gardening and just recently assisted his grandparents in planting this years earth garden, carefully picking out which plants they could later eat. Most of all, he loved and enjoyed the time he spent with his family.
In addition to his parents, Bently is survived by his grandparents Will and Kelly Newsome of Phenix City, AL, Nanny Eloise Martin and grandfather Bruce Martin; a special aunt Meagan Martin; aunt Layel Grant and uncle Ryan Harris.
