Beverly Perry Lowe

Beverly Perry Lowe, 85, of Phenix City, AL died at Columbus Hospice House, Columbus, GA on Saturday, February 15, 2025, surrounded by family. 

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM (EST) on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, in the Chapel of Vance Brooks Funeral Home, Phenix City, AL with Rev. Billy Duncan officiating. A private interment will be at Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm Tuesday, one hour prior to the service, at the funeral home. 

Mrs. Lowe was born June 16, 1939, in Phenix City, AL daughter of the late Clifford Perry and Mildred Braswell Perry. She had retired from AFLAC after 20 years of service as a Switchboard Operator. Mrs. Lowe enjoyed “Thrifting” always looking for the next great bargain. She was also an avid gardener. The beautiful flowers she grew were often shared with family and friends. Mrs. Lowe was also very health conscience. She tried to nourish her body and take long peaceful walks. Most of all she was family oriented. Her family was her life, especially the grandchildren.

She will be missed by us, but she has left a lasting legacy for us to remember her. Thank you so much for all you have done for us.

Mrs. Lowe was preceded in death by her parents, Clifford and Mildred Perry and her husband, Edward Arnold Lowe; one sister, Judy Perry and two brothers, Joe Perry and Tim Perry. 

Survivors include her four daughters, Jean Lowe, Phenix City, AL, Lisa Smith (Jeff), Hatchechubbee, AL, Pamela Lowe, Smiths Station, AL and Melanie Susan Garza, Phenix City, AL ; a brother, Richard Perry; four grandchildren, Dakota “Cody” Smith (Alexis), Jami Morris (Matt), Taylor Herring (Cameron) and Avery Garza; two precious great-grandchildren, Stella and Nolan Thomas.
