Brandon John Woodard, 22, of Phenix City, AL, passed away Thursday, April 6, 2017 in an accident on Lee Road 240.
A memorial service is scheduled for 11:00 am Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at Vance Memorial Chapel, Phenix City, AL. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 10:00 to 11:00 am, one hour prior to the service, at the funeral home.
Brandon was born February 5, 1995 in Chester, PA, son of Jason L. Woodard and Danielle Marie Zettle Woodard. He worked as Shift Manager at Papa John’s Pizza. Some of Brandon’s joys in life were skate boarding, riding mount bikes, riding motorcycles and American muscle cars.
Other than his parents, he is survived by his fiancé Jamie Benham of Smiths Station, AL; two brothers, Jacob Woodard and Anthony-Joseph Hunter Woodard, both of Phenix City, AL; paternal grandmother, Elizabeth Ann Jones of Columbus, GA; maternal grandparents, John and Donna Zettle of Boothwyn, PA; uncle, Earl Woodard and wife Jenifer of Smiths Station, AL; aunts, Donna Marie Zettle of Secane, PA, Shelley Bogenschutz and husband John of Union, KY and Maria Ann Taylor and husband Emidio of Elkton, MD; several other family members and caring friends.
Flowers will be accepted at the funeral home or donations may be made to the Lazarus Society, 607 16th St. Phenix City, AL 36867
