Brenda Sue Foster Cadenhead, 64, of Omaha, GA died at Piedmont Midtown Columbus, Columbus, GA Wednesday, January 06, 2021 with her family by her side.
Private family services will be held on Friday, January 08, 2021 according to Vance Brooks Funeral Home, Phenix City, AL with Rev. Robert Rhodes and Rev. Tim Cadenhead officiating.
Mrs. Cadenhead was born December 30, 1956 in Columbus, GA daughter of the late William Durwood Foster, Sr. and Velma Eline Hamby Foster. She was a homemaker who made everyone feel at home. Ms. Brenda’s passion was caring for children. This was expressed in her care for her own family and the many children in her Sunday School Classes at Cottonton Baptist. She was also an “animal whisper” in that she was able to tame lots of wild animals to include a racoon and currently two deer. We will remember her passion for life and the enjoyment of it with family and friends. Her influence will continue to impact us and future generations.
Survivors include her husband, Danny R. Cadenhead, Omaha, GA; three children, Gayle Hammond (Canaan), Phenix City, AL, Brock Cadenhead (Dana), Omaha, GA and Briar Abney, Omaha, GA; one brother, William “Billy” Durwood Foster, Jr. (Tammy); three grandchildren, Tyler Cadenhead, Carleigh and Canaan Hammond; mother-in-law, Helen Cadenhead; several nieces, nephews, many other family members and close friends also survive.
