Bruce Wayne King

Bruce Wayne King, 53, of Smiths Station, AL passed away Tuesday, February 20, 2018.  A funeral service will be held at Vance-Brooks Funeral Home, 4048 Macon Road, Columbus, GA, on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 beginning at 2:00 P.M.  The interment will conclude at Evergreen Cemetery in Columbus, GA.  The family will receive friends Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at Vance-Brooks Funeral Home from 12:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M..  

Bruce Wayne King was born April 7, 1964 in Ft. Benning, GA to the parents of Johney Lee King and Lisabeth King. Bruce enjoyed sports cars and was a fan of the Atlanta Falcons and NASCAR.  He was a kind and loving soul who went out of his way to help anyone in need.  He will forever be missed.

Bruce is predeceased by his father Johney Lee King.

Survivors include his loving girlfriend of 14 years, Vicky Drew of Smiths Station, AL; his mother, Lisabeth King; two daughters, Amanda King of Columbus, GA and Katherine King of Phenix City, AL; two brothers, Hartmut King of Box Springs, GA and Danny Lee King of Columbus, GA and Sam, his dog (fur baby).
