Cameron Austin Roney

Cameron Austin Roney, 20, of Waverly Hall, GA passed away Tuesday, February 20, 2018 In Talbot County.

A funeral service will be held 3pm Saturday, February 24, 2018 at Vance Memorial Chapel, Phenix City, AL.  Interment will follow at Lakeview Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the funeral home. 

Cameron was born January 29, 1998 to Kelia McRae and Don Roney. He was a loyal friend that would listen to others and enjoyed K9 training. He was a loving son, brother and uncle. He was preceded in death by great-grandfather, Charles Turner and by a great-grandmother Autry Rutherford.

He is survived by his parents Kelia McRae and husband Scotty and Don Roney and wife Jeannie; siblings, Chassity Roney Bulloch, Bethany Roney, Tyler McFarlin, Kendall McRae and Macy McRae; maternal grandparents, Wilbur Leatherwood and Pat Leatherwood(Danny “Pawpaw” Singletary); paternal grandmother, Diane Province and great-grandmother, Eva Turner; 2 nieces, MacKensleigh and Lakyn Bulloch; a large extended family and many caring friends.
