Caroline Sue Venable

Caroline Sue Venable, 84, of Phenix City, AL passed away peacefully Saturday, December 2, 2017 at her home.

A graveside service will be held 11:00 EST Monday, December 4, 2017 at Lakeview Memory Gardens in the Veterans section of the cemetery.

Mrs. Venable was born January 28, 1933 in Gadsden, AL to the late William and Elizabeth Johnson. Other than her parents she is preceded in death by her 3 sisters.

She is survived by her husband of 66 years, John Venable; daughters, Valarie Sue Barnes and Michael of Savannah, GA, Kerry Beth Overton and Stephen of Colorado Springs, CO and Dana Ruth Hall and Randy of Columbus, GA; grandchildren, Ian Overton, Robert Hall, Katharine Barnes and Bryn Overton; great-grandchildren, Carleigh Hall, Caleb hall and Claire Hall; other extended family members and loving friends.
