Chad Robert Cook

Chad Robert Cook, 32, of Columbus, GA passed away on Monday, May 10, 2021. The family will receive friends Saturday, May 15, 2021 from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM at his mother’s home, 3821 Steam Mill Road, Columbus, GA.

Chad was born on November 4, 1988 in Columbus, GA to Robert Cook and Charlene Denise Koonce. He was employed with Velasquez Home Renovations where he worked as a carpenter. Chad was dearly loved by his family and friends. He will be greatly missed but never forgotten.

Besides his parents, Chad is survived by his daughter, Leah Paige Cook; grandmother, Pat Mobley; aunts, Barbara Lawrence and family, Christine Toomey and family, Laurie Plunkett and family; uncle, Jeff Wilson and family; and several cousins and their families.
