Curtis Alan Clark, 65, of Phenix City, AL passed away Monday afternoon, August 21, 2023, at Piedmont Midtown Hospital in Columbus, GA
Remembrance Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 pm EDT on Saturday, August 26, 2023, at Vance Brooks Funeral Home in Phenix City with Mr. Allen Guillory officiating. A Catholic Rosary is to be held at 1:00 pm EDT followed by visitation from 2:00 to 3:00 pm EDT on Saturday prior to the service at the funeral home in Phenix City. After the memorial service, everyone is invited to a Repast at the home of Ms. Brenda Clark.
Alan was born October 10, 1957, in Columbus, GA and was the son of the late Odell Clark and Irene Caldwell Clark. He had the honor to work as a Bio Medical Technician with Piedmont Midtown Hospital with 32 years of dedicated service. He was 1976 Graduate of Pacelli Catholic School in Columbus, GA as well as a Graduate of Columbus Technical College in Columbus, GA. Alan was proud of his high school years at Pacelli where he played football and was blessed with many close friendships and high school buddies. He enjoyed playing golf and was passionate about hunting and fishing and spending time with his little hunting buddy, his pet dog, Bandit. He loved animals and nature and was always trying to help with different programs that involved the welfare of pets and animals. He was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Phenix City.
He is survived by two sisters, Brenda Clark, and Connie Scott and husband Richard, both of Phenix City, AL; nephew, Scott Synder; niece, Catherine Clark; his aunt Mary Shellnut; special cousins, Gail Cash and Paula Burgess; numerous other cousins, extended family, co-workers, and many caring friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family request contributions to the Humane Society in memory of Mr. Curtis Alan Clark.
