Curtis Farrol Miller

Curtis Farrol Miller, 86, Phenix City, AL passed away Wednesday morning, June 26, 2024, at Jack Hughston Memorial Hospital in Phenix City, AL while surrounded by his loving family.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm EDT on Monday, July 1, 2024, at Vance Brooks Funeral Home in Phenix City with Pastor Nelson Lugo officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 pm EDT at Vance Brooks Funeral Home in Phenix City. Interment with Military Honors will follow at Lakeview Memory Gardens.

Mr. Miller was born April 12, 1938, in Brundidge, AL, son of the late William Henry Miller and Emmie Frances Mobley Miller. He was the owner / operator of McBride Auto Parts providing service to his many customers and friends in the local community. He served our country and was a Veteran of the United States Army. He enjoyed working in his business, playing tennis, watching sports on TV, fellowship, and spending quality time with all his family. He was a Christian and a member of First Assembly of God Church in Phenix City.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Virginia Parrish Miller; son, Keith Farrol Miller, and four brothers, Horace Miller, Paul Miller, Royce Miller, and Arnold Miller.

He is survived by one daughter, Kristi Sanders and husband, Jeff; five sisters, Jewel Walden, Merle Jones, Aileen Cain, Diane Free and husband Gerald, and Jean Gulley; two brothers, Johnny Miller and Robert Miller; five grandchildren, Christin Miller, Stephanie Sanders, Blair Szemple (Kendrick), Hannah Downing (Dylan), and Madison Sanders; several great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
