David Thomas

David L. Thomas, 52 of Phenix City, AL, passed away on Sunday, August 7, 2016, at his home.   

 A graveside service will be held 2:00 am EST (1:00 pm central), on Thursday, August 11, 2016, at Sandfield Cemetery in Troy, AL.

 Mr. Thomas was born September 26, 1963 in Phenix City, AL son of the late William Thomas and Inez Phillips Thomas Carmichael.  His favorite hobby was raising chickens.

 He is survived by three daughters, Ashley Thomas of Phenix City, AL, Tiffany Crenshaw and husband James of Lynn Haven, FL and Katie Reece and husband Anthony of Phenix City, AL; one son, Steven Thomas of Phenix City, AL; one sister, Sara Ann Thomas of Midland, GA; two brothers, William E. Thomas of Seale, AL and Danny Joe Carmichael of Columbus, GA; ten grandchildren, Angel, Shelby, Hannah, Abby, Emily, Alexis, Brittany, Michelle, Chloe and Edward; several other family members and many caring friends.
