Dennis Brian Hudson

Retired SSG Dennis B. Hudson, 67, of Phenix City, AL passed away Tuesday evening May 16, 2023, with his loving family at his side. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM (EST) on Monday, May 22, 2023 in the Chapel of Vance Brooks Funeral Home, Phenix City, AL with Reverend Wooyoung Kim officiating. Interment with U.S. Army Honors will follow at Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery.
Dennis Hudson was born September 22, 1955 in Boston, Massachusetts the son of the late Walter Hudson and Mary Cotter Hudson. He retired from the U.S. Army after 20 years of honorable service to our Country. After his military career, he was a tenured employee with TSYS and he also owned a recycling business. Being a Boston native, he was a huge Boston Red Sox fan and loved rooting for his team. He also enjoyed spending time outdoors working in his beautiful gardens. Above all, he cherished his family and spending time with them. He is loved beyond measure and his memories are captured in our hearts forever.
Dennis Hudson is survived by his wife, Mi Woong Hudson; two daughters, Melissa Hudson Morton and Rana Hudson; one sister, Debbie Sarro; one brother, Jack Hudson; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
