Donna Rae Frost

Donna Rae Frost, 52, of Phenix City, AL died at her residence Saturday, April 11, 2020.

A private service of remembrance will be held at a later date according to Vance Brooks Funeral Home, Phenix City, AL.

Ms. Frost was born January 13, 1968 in Sylacauga, AL daughter of the late Rev. Lewis Wayne Blanchard and Ina Smith Blanchard. She was the “neighborhood mom” always having an open home and hot meal for anyone who came by. Donna was always putting others first in her life, no matter the circumstances. She was also the primary care giver of her son, Alan Rowl, who recently received a liver transplant. Donna enjoyed among other things, reading Ann Rice books, keeping up with the latest editions. She has left a hole in our hearts that we will strive to fill with all the positive memoires and generous acts of kindness she often performed.

Ms. Frost was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Christopher Colt Kelley.

Survivors include her son, Alan Rowl, Phenix City, AL; sister, Pam Massey (William), Smith Station, AL; two nieces and a nephew, Bethany Massey, Salina Massey and Ryan Massey; several other family members and close friends also survive.
