Eleanor K. Middleton

Eleanor K. Middleton, 81, of Columbus, GA passed away on Saturday, February 16, 2019 at St. Francis Hospital.  A private memorial service will be held at Fort Mitchell National Cemetery at a later date.

Mrs. Middleton was born on May 1, 1937 in Columbus, GA to the late George and Gladys Knight.  She was a very loving and devoted mother and grandmother who greatly enjoyed taking care of her family.  Preparing delicious meals was one of Mrs. Middleton’s favorite things to do and watching her family enjoy those meals put a smile in her heart.  This wonderful lady will be dearly missed by all who knew her. 

Other than her parents, Mrs. Middleton is preceded in death by her husband, Tommy Middleton; son, Timothy Middleton; and sister, Natha Tivnan.

Survivors include her daughter, Pamela Frith and husband, Rick of Columbus, GA; two sons, Christopher Middleton and wife, Patricia of Pensacola, FL and Gregory Middleton and wife, Lisa of Columbus, GA; grandchildren, Taylor, Cassidy and fiance’, Zach Powell, Garrett, Caitlin, and Jesse.
