Eleanor Anastasia Wright

Mrs. Eleanor Anastasia Williams Wright, 78, of Phenix City, AL passed away Monday, October 28, 2024 at Dadeville Healthcare in Dadeville, AL. 

A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm EST Thursday, November 21, 2024 at Vance Brooks Funeral Home in Phenix City, AL with Rev. Ken Dawson officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 pm, one hour prior to the service, at the funeral home.

Mrs. Wright was born October 18, 1946 in Smiths Station, AL, daughter of the late James Wesley Williams and Sara Frances McMichael Williams. She was a hairdresser by trade for many years. Mrs. Wright was very tender-hearted and active until her illness. She enjoyed socializing with her friends but above all, she loved spending time with her family. Mrs. Wright was a long-time member of Mount Zion Methodist Church in Smiths Station, AL.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Wright and a sister, Brenda Williams Hunt.

She is survived by her three sons, Chris Hudson and wife Diana, Rodney Hudson and wife Nichole and Kevin Hudson and wife Tara; a sister, Judy Moulton and husband Jeff; grandchildren, Cody Hudson, Dalton Hudson, Kaleigh Simmons (Taylor), Erica Wilson (Jake), Madison Hudson, Kyle Hudson and Dylan Hudson; great-grandchildren, Cooper, Rawlins, Addie Rayne, Riggins, Emi Jade and Ellie Ruth; as well as, several other extended family and friends.
