Erma Donahoo

Erma Mott Donahoo, 101, of Columbus, GA left this world Thursday, March 29, 2018 and went to her heavenly home. A funeral service will be held at Vance-Brooks Funeral Home, 4048 Macon Road, Columbus, GA on Monday, April 02, 2018 beginning at 11:00 AM EST, with Reverend Larry Biggers  officiating.  The interment will conclude the service at Parkhill Cemetery.  The family will receive friends Monday, April 02, 2018 at Vance-Brooks Funeral Home from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M.

Mrs. Erma Donahoo was born January 7, 2017 in Turner County, GA  to the late Annie Hobby Mott and Charlie Bick Mott.  Erma was a member of the North Side Worship Center.

Other than her parents, Erma was preceded in death by her loving husband, Curtis Donahoo as well as one sister and six brothers.

Survivors include five daughters, Barbara Raines of Ft. Worth TX, Frances Gaylor of Columbus, GA, Sue Babbitt of Oneonta, NY; Patsy Duffell (Sonny) of Columbus, GA and Mary Jane Sharpe of Phenix City, AL; two sons, Charles Donahue of San Diego, CA and Henry Mark Donahue of Columbus, GA; sixteen grandchildren, many, many, great and great-great grandchildren, as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family. She was always a loving mother, grandmother and friend.  She will forever be missed.
