Eslon B. Williams Farmer, 66, of Phenix City, AL passed away Wednesday morning, September 26, 2018 in the comfort of her home in Phenix City.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 am EST Monday, October 1, 2018 at Crawford United Methodist Church with Rev. Shannon Poole officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Opelika, AL. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 4:00 to 6:00 pm EST at Vance Memorial Chapel in Phenix City.
Mrs. Farmer was born May 7, 1952 in Opelika, AL and was the daughter of the late Hubert Williams and Rosa Broadwater Williams. She had worked at Swift Spinning Mills and was retired with 40 years of loyal service. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who was dearly devoted to her family. She enjoyed the outdoors and her home surroundings, but her greatest joy was spending quality time with her granddaughters and her family. She was a member of Crawford United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 43 years, Ronald Eugene “Ronnie” Farmer of Phenix City, AL, two sons, Brian Farmer of Phenix City, AL, and Steve Farmer and wife Amee of Phenix City, AL, three precious granddaughters, Keira Farmer, Kacey Farmer, and Kylee Farmer, and a host of extended loving family members, and many caring friends.
