Frank Diamond Wright, Jr.

Frank Diamond Wright, Jr., 82, of Columbus, GA passed away on Sunday, January 26, 2025 at Atrium Health Navicent the Medical Center in Macon, GA. Funeral services will be held at Vance Brooks Funeral Home, 4048 Macon Road, Columbus, GA on Saturday, February 1, 2025 beginning at 2:00 pm. The interment will conclude at Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday, January 31, 2025 at the funeral home from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm. 

Frank was born on July 7, 1942 in Ft. Valley, GA to the late Frank Wright, Sr. and Lizzie Rea McDaniel Wright. He enjoyed working on cars and spending time with his family. Other than his parents, Frank is preceded in death by his son Richard Wright, brothers Larry Wright and Jessie Wright, sisters Gladys Slusher and Christine Reubin, grandsons John Aldridge and Timothy Aldridge, and great-grandson Cameron Jones.

Frank is survived by his daughter Tammy Aldridge (John) of Jackson, GA; son Danny Wright (Bonnie) of Hampton, GA; brother C.J. Wright of Columbus, GA; grandchildren Susie Aldridge Conger (Shane), Raymond Aldridge (Victoria), Stephanie Moss (Greg), Brandon Wright, Sarah Wright, Jacob Wright, Niki Watts (Mark), and Josh Smallwood; and great-grandchildren Kaylie Aldridge, Savanna Aldridge, Kimberly Aldridge, Connor Aldridge, Kasey Aldridge, Justin Williams, Hannah Watts, Holley Watts, Noah Watts, Matthew Watts, Faith Watts, David Watts, Gracelynn Watts, Saydie Smallwood, Noah Hudson, Brantley Moss, Peyton Moss, Rhett Moss, Elizabeth Moss and Harper Wright.
