Fred W. Hall, 77, of Phenix City, AL, passed away Saturday, October 17, 2015 at his residence.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am Eastern Time on Friday October 23, 2015 at Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery, according to Vance Memorial Chapel.  The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm at the funeral home.

Mr. Hall was born October 17, 1938 in Houston County, AL, son of the late Curtis Lee Hall and Leola Hayes Hall.  He served his country in the United States Navy and retired after 30 years with Preston Oil Company.

Other than his parents, Mr. Hall was preceded in death by two brothers, Ellie Hall and Robert Kingrey.

He is survived by two daughters, Teresa Hall Hawley and husband Kevin of Houston, TX, and Angela Humphrey and husband Neil of Deluth, GA; two sisters, Maybelene Harper and Jeanette DeWeese, both of Pearl, MS; two brothers, Billy Max Hall of Dothan, AL and Ralph Kingrey of Columbus, GA; three, grandchildren, Georgina Hawley, Sydney Humphrey and Bella Humphrey; many other family members and friends.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to caregiver, Paulette Newman.
