Ila Mae Hall

Ila Mae Hall, 88, of Columbus, GA, passed away April 10, 2014, at Magnolia Manor. Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, April 14, 2014, beginning at 2:00 P.M. EST at Vance Brooks Funeral Home, 4048 Macon Rd, Columbus, GA. 31907. Bishop Ken Savage will be officiating services. Interment will conclude at Parkhill Cemetery. The family will receive friends, Sunday, April 13, 2014 from 6:00 until 8:00 in the evening at the funeral home. Serving pallbearers will be; Steve Chaney, Cole Keaton, Bryan Pate, Michael Dickson, Jason Davis, Ray Davis, Jr, Alex Smith and Larry Relford.

Ila Mae Hall was born, January 11, 1926, in Greenville, AL, daughter of the late Hurley Griggers and Eva Irene Melton Griggers. Ila was a lifetime member of the Abundant Life Worship Center.

Other that her parents Ila is preceded in death by, her devoted husband of 24 years, Ralph Hall and son, James Timothy Gillenwater.

Survivors include, three daughters, Saundra Mae Pate, of Columbus, GA, Deborah Ann Dickson, and husband David, of Box Springs, GA, Mary Patricia Hartley, of Florida; five sons, Calvin Lee Davis, of Waxachanie, TX, Delbert Raymond Davis, and wife Holly, of Griffin, GA, David William Gillenwater, of Eufalua, AL, Grady Davis, and wife Rose, of Arlington, TX, Lonnie Davis, of Summter, S.C; Ila also leaves behind, twenty two grandchildren, numerous extended family members and many caring friends.
