Mr. James Chavers

Mr. James Chavers, 76, of Phenix City, AL passed away Monday, March 15, 2021 at his home.
A graveside service will be held 12:00 noon est Friday, March 19, 2021 at Lakeview Memory Gardens in Phenix City, AL with Rev. Barry Flemming officiating. There will be no formal visitation.
Mr. Chavers was born November 10, 1944 in Brewton, AL, son of the late Edward Chavers and Mamie Louise Wright Chavers. He worked the majority of his career in the oil industry. Later in life, Mr. Chavers enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.
Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Tom Chavers.
Mr. Chavers is survived by three daughters, Marie Terry Faulk and husband Gerald of Phenix City, AL, Diane Bullock of Phenix City, AL and Linda Long and husband Thurston of Pittsview, AL; ten grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren; several extended family and friends.
