Jean Norgart

Jean Norgart, 68, of Phenix City, AL passed away Thursday, November 15, 2018 at East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika, AL.

Jean was born October 10, 1950 in Kalamazoo, MI James Harger and the late Pearl Stella Bell Adkins Harger.  She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother whom deeply devoted to her family.  She enjoyed sewing, cooking, camping, the outdoors, arts and crafts, and spending quality time with all her family.  She was Catholic by faith. 

Other than her father, she is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 23 years, Allan L. Norgart, (8) children, Roberta Orr and husband Chris, Pearl Etta Jean Fritz, James Patrick O’Bryan and wife Kathy, William Forrest Terrell, Robert Woodward, Allan L. Norgart, II, Robert Raymond Arthur Norgart, and Barbie Marie Purinton, (8) grandchildren, (6) great grandchildren and one on the way, and a host of extended loving family and many friends.

Mrs. Norgart family plans to hold a celebration of life memorial service in the near future.
