Jeremiah Price

Jeremiah Price, 72, of Phenix City, AL died peacefully while at Brookdale Senior Living in Columbus, GA on Tuesday, April 25, 2023.
A Service of Remembrance will be held at 2:00 PM (EST) on Saturday, April 29, 2023 in the Chapel of Vance Brooks Funeral Home, Phenix City, AL with Chaplain Brad Staby officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
Mr. Price was born January 16, 1951 in Troy, AL son of the late Andrew and Hazel Rushing Price. He had retired from Toms Foods where he was a mechanic in the Sacking Department. As a young man he enjoyed fishing and hunting with family and friends. His favorite past time was watching Alabama Football and Braves Baseball. We will remember him as a hardworking man, good provider and protector of his family.
Mr. Price was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Hazel Price; his wife of 52 years, Kathy Jorgenson Price and a sister, Linda Price Carter; a sister-in-law, Susan Price.
Survivors include his three daughters, Sabrina Hester of Phenix City, AL, Katrina Kerns of Phenix City, AL and Serena Phillips and husband William Jay of Smiths Station, AL; two brothers, Larry Price and his wife Marie and Steve Price; nine grandchildren Jerica Mannthey, Meagan Hester, Elyssa Malone, Samantha Brown, Christopher Fleming, Christiana Fleming, Kimberly Wilson, Dakota Jewell and Tyler Rios and thirteen great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and friends.
