Jill was born April 01, 1952, in Ohio, daughter of the late Edward Brown and Anne Willoughby Brown. She worked as a Medical Coding Professional for RTI before retiring. She found pleasure with her sewing and quilting crafts, often making quilts for family and friends. Jill enjoyed traveling with her husband, family and friends to the casino for an afternoon of fun.
