Jimmie Sue Robertson

Jimmie Sue Cole Robertson, 79, of Phenix City, AL, passed away Monday, July 31, 2017 at her home.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm EST, on Thursday, August 3, 2017, at Vance Memorial Chapel with Rev. Rodney Mitchell officiating. Interment will follow at Lakeview Memory Gardens.  The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 pm EST, one hour prior to the service, at the funeral home.

Mrs. Robertson was born on May 16, 1938 in Union Springs, AL daughter of the late Frank Cole and Leila Wright Cole.  She retired from Atmos Energy with over 30 years of service.  Mrs. Robertson was a member of Ladonia Baptist Chruch.

Other than her parents she is preceded in death by a sister, Lula Dean Floyd and two brothers, Lee Frank Cole and Charles L. Cole.

She is survived by her loving husband Thomas Carey Robertson of Phenix City; two daughters, Kara Robertson Ogletree and husband Rusty of Phenix City, AL and Kimberly Robertson Harris and husband Danny of Phenix City, AL; two sisters, Betty Jean Oakes and husband J. T. of Phenix City, AL and Janice Durham of Phenix City, AL; grandchildren, Russ Ogletree and wife Taylor, Parker Harris and Tucker Harris; many other extended family and friends.
