Jose Antonio Gonzalez

Mr. Jose Antonio Gonzalez, 48, of Melbourne, FL, passed away Saturday, January 11, 2025 in Seale, AL. 

 Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm EST Sunday, February 2, 2025 at Vance Brooks Funeral Home in Phenix City, AL with Pastor Anthony Bachelor officiating. A private burial will follow the service. The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm EST, one hour prior to the service, at the funeral home.

 Mr. Gonzalez was born April 20, 1976 in Puerto Rico, son of Ibeth Rodriguez Gonzalez and the late Rafael Antonio Gonzalez. He worked in the construction industry for most of his career. One of his biggest passions was repairing and maintaing automobiles. Although his home was in Melbourne, FL, he passed away while visiting his sons in the Phenix City area.

 He is survived by two sons, Ruben Gonzalez and Isaias Gonzalez, both of Phenix City, AL; a sister, Melinda Weeks of Phenix City, AL, a brother, Israel Gonzalez of Melbourne, FL; several extended family members and friends.
