Josephine Anderson Harden

Josephine Anderson Harden, 87, of Phenix City, AL was called to Glory while at Columbus Hospice House, Columbus, GA on Tuesday, September 22, 2020.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, September 26, 2020 in Golden Acres Baptist Church with Rev. Jonathan Pike officiating according to Vance Brooks Funeral Home, Phenix City, AL. The interment will follow in Lakeview Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6:00 till 8:00 PM on Friday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Harden was born February 19, 1933 in Coffee, County, AL daughter of the late Willie Anderson and Helen Ward. She had retired from Field Crest Mills after many dedicated years of service. Mrs. Harden was a longtime member of Golden Acres Baptist Church. We will always cherish the fond memories of her strong faith, excellent baking skills, her detailed sewing abilities and love of her family.
Mrs. Harden was preceded in death by her husband, Clayton Harden and “great-grand dog” Diva Las Vegas.
Survivors include her two sons, Justin Harden (Denise), and Jerry Harden, all of Phenix City, AL; two grandchildren, David Harden (Leslie) and Kristy Edwards (Justin); two great-grandchildren, Jason Harden and Justin Jackson; several other family members and friends also survive.
