Joshua Ryan Elvington

Joshua “Josh” Ryan Elvington, 42, of Phenix City, AL passed away Sunday, April 14, 2024 at his home.

A memorial service will be held 4:00 pm Thursday, April 18 at Summerville Baptist Church in Phenix City, AL with Rev. Robb Goodman officiating. 

Josh was born October 26, 1981in Mobile, AL son of Ronnie Elvington and Debbie Haley.  He spent most of his career working in the Painting industry, working as a painter on construction projects and mixing paint for distributors.  Josh enjoyed singing and writing music and loved all genres of music.  Additionally, he was a sports fan and an avid Auburn fan.

He is survived by his loving wife of 7 years, Rachel Boyette Elvington of Phenix City; mother, Debbie Haley of Dallas, GA; father, Ronnie Elvington and wife Betsy of Phenix City, AL; children, Elly, Tony, and Kendall; aunt and uncle, Ed and Janice Haley, as well as other extended family and friends.
