Judy Catherine Cook

Judy Catherine Mobley Cook, 69, of Phenix City, AL passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 26, 2017 at Four County Health Care in Richland, GA.

A celebration of life memorial service will be held at 11:00 am EST Friday, March 3, 2017 at Vance Memorial Chapel in Phenix City with Rev. Joey Polston officiating.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the memorial service at the funeral home on Friday.

Mrs. Cook was born July 7, 1947 in Columbus, GA to the late Curtis Mobley and Helen O’Connor Mobley.  She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who deeply loved her family.  Her passion in life was sharing the Gospel with everyone she possibly could.  She enjoyed studying her Bible and fellowship with family and friends.  She was a Pentecostal by faith.

She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 47 years, Rev. Kenneth “Ken” Brady Cook, Sr. of Phenix City, AL, two daughters, Julie Brown of Lakeland, FL, and April Nicole Cook of Phenix City, AL, one son, Kenneth “Brad” Brady Cook, Jr. and wife Tiffany of Phenix City, AL, one sister, Jane Coleman and husband Henry of Plains, GA, two brothers, Warren Mobley and wife Cil of Tallahassee, FL, and Harold Mobley and wife Mildred of Phenix City, AL,  four grandchildren, Jonathan Brown, David Brown, Mary Brown, and Hannah Brown, several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and many caring friends.
