Justin "Eric" Edwards

Justin “Eric” Edwards, 31, of Phenix City, AL, passed away on Wednesday, August 31, 2016.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm EST, on Tuesday, September 6, 2016, at Vance Memorial Chapel. Interment will be held at Lakeview Memory Gardens and the family will receive friends Sunday, September 4, 2016, from 5:00 until 8:00 pm EST, at the funeral home.

Eric was born on July 2, 1985, in Columbus, GA, the son of Charles Ray Edwards and Lori Lowe Edwards. He graduated from Central High School where he played baseball and worked for Interstate Electric and most recently AT&T. Eric was a huge Alabama Football fan and a wonderful father.

He is preceded in death by 2 grandmothers, Sandra Dees and Carolyn Martin and a great grandmother Gladys May.

Other than his parents, Ray and Lori Edwards, he is survived by his daughter, Avery Edwards; grandparents, Robert and Lynn Dees; sister, Chrissy Edwards Horton, husband Amon; niece and nephew, Charlee and Gabriel; aunts and uncles, Tracy Pullen, husband Chris, Day Venable, husband Steve, Steve Edwards, Pete Dees, wife Teri and Jerry Durrance; many cousins, extended family and caring friends.
