Mrs. Karen Jan Davis

Karen Jan Davis, 71, of Columbus, GA, formerly of Ft. Mitchell, AL, died at Rivertowne Nursing Center, Columbus, GA on Sunday, August 02, 2020.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date according to Vance Brooks Funeral Home, Phenix City, AL. Ms. Davis will be interned at Alexandria United Methodist Church, Ft. Mitchell, AL.

Mrs. Davis was born August 25, 1948 in Columbus, GA daughter of the late Ray Hebert and Carrie Ell Pearce Hebert. She as a graduate of Auburn University and was a gifted Teacher. Mrs. Davis was also a long-time member of Alexandria United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Davis was also preceded in death by her husband, Billy David Davis and brother-in-law, Jerry Davis.

Survivors include her brother, Danny Hebert (Marie), Eureka Springs, AR; sister-in-law, Barbara Davis, Columbus, GA; two nieces, nieces Candi Wensinger and Suzanne Dutton and two nephews, Casey and Jason Ray Davis ; several other family members and friends also survive.
