Katie L. Dunn

Katie L. Dunn, 82, of Phenix City, Al died Saturday, February 08, 2020 at her home surrounded by family.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, February 15, 2020 in Lakeview Memory Gardens with Rev. Paul Thomas and Rev. Bud Rupel officiating according to Vance Brooks Funeral Home, Phenix City, AL.

Ms. Dunn was born September 29, 1937 in Moultrie, GA daughter of the late Ott Dunn and Everie Crooke Dunn. She had retired from Sunshine Biscuit Company after many dedicated years of service. Ms. Dunn loved to travel, especially on cruise ships. She was a member of Evangel Temple ASG where she sang in the choir. Ms. Dunn loved her family, most of all the grandchildren.  We will always cherish her fond memories in our hearts and smile often when we remember them.

Ms. Dunn was also preceded in death by a son, Kenneth Williams.

Survivors include her husband, Roland Smith, Phenix City, AL; two daughters, Terri McPherson (Tim) and Kathy King all of Phenix City, AL; two sisters, Ollie Gay and Geneva Dunn; one brother, Larry Dunn; two grandchildren, Jesse McPherson and Dodge McPherson; several other family members and friends also survive.
