Keith Lamar "Kebo" Brown

Keith Lamar “Kebo” Brown, 63, of Phenix City, AL died at his home on Friday, June 07, 2024, with his family by his side. 

Graveside Service will be held at 10:00 AM (EST) on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, in Lakeview Memory Gardens with Rev. Alan Griffith officiating according to Vance Brooks Funeral Home, Phenix City, AL. “Kebo’s” friends are welcome to attend the service as well as friends of the family. 

Kebo was born June 02, 1961, in Phenix City, AL son of Raymoth Geraldine Strickland Brown and the late Grady Robert Brown. He worked at Dolly Madison, Toms and Kellogg’s in the finishing departments for several years. Kebo’s passion was sports of all types. He coached Little League, attended High School Football and enjoyed River Dragons hockey games. He was a huge Central Red Devil and Glenwood Gator Fan. Kebo never missed an opportunity to attend games for his daughter, granddaughters, nieces and nephews. 

When we attend games from now on, we will always see him in our hearts standing on the sideline encouraging the players to do their best. He enjoyed trying new restaurants in town and supporting local businesses. 

Mr. Brown was preceded in death by his father, Grady Robert Brown and two brothers, Gary Brown and Eric Brown.

Survivors other than his mother, Raymoth Geraldine Brown, include his daughter, Brittney Dixon (Jesse), Phenix City, AL; one sister, Darlene White (Allen) and one brother, Tim Brown (Denise); four precious granddaughters, Berkley, Caroline, Bayley and Sutton; several nieces, nephews and friends.
