Fort Mitchell

Keith S. Hadley, 72, of Fort Mitchell, AL passed away Friday evening, January 12, 2024, in the comfort of his home.
Keith was born January 21, 1951, in Montgomery, AL, son of the late Earnest Clifford Hadley, Jr. and Doris Marie Linton McCoy.  He was employed with A & P Grocery Stores as an area manager for many dedicated years and was retired.  He enjoyed nature, a country boy and farmer through and through. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, always respecting our natural environment.  He was a gentleman of strong character but with an attitude of giving, always willing to help family and friends. A leader to many.  He was passionate about the Alabama Crimson Tide, but his greatest passion was his love for all his family.  He was a Christian by faith.
Other than his parents, he was also preceded in death by his stepfather, John McCoy, who loved him as his own son, along with two siblings, Earnie Hadley, and Mary Hadley.
He is survived by his daughter, Kasey Hadley; one granddaughter, Lexi Hadley; one great-granddaughter, Layah Johnson; three sisters, Carolyn Riccio, Barbara Coursey, and Sara Taylor (Steve); Uncle Douglas Linton (Patsy); cousins, Leigh Linton Terry (Vincent), and their daughter, Christina, Leslie Linton, Ryan Linton (Amanda) and their children, Scarlett and Bella, numerous other extended loving family members and many caring friends.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 pm CST / 2:00 pm EST on Thursday, January 18, 2024, at Providence Cemetery in Glenwood, AL with Rev. Mike Turner officiating.  The family will receive friends at the graveside service.
