Lainey Rae Evans of Smiths Station, AL was carried into the arms of Jesus on Saturday, August 28, 2021 while at East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika, AL as her mother and father cradled her.
A Graveside Service will be held at 10:00 AM (EST) Wednesday, September 1, 2021, at Lakeview Memory Gardens with Mr. Pat Gilbert officiating.
Lainey’s time with us was brief, but her impact will be everlasting. She created a special place in our hearts that will be cherished forever.
Lainey is survived by her parents, Pete and Maddie Evans of Smiths Station, AL; paternal grandparents, Drew and Susan Evans; maternal grandparents, Tim and Shannon Hogan; paternal great grandparents, Marvin and Gayle Evans and Phil and Cheryl Little; maternal great grandparents, Gary and Carol Fortune; great-great grandmother, Joan Patrick; Uncles and family: Will Evans, Tanner Hogan and Josh Butler, TJ, Casey and Keelan Hogan; Aunt and family, Holly, Levi, Izzy and Milo Garrido; and numerous other uncles, aunts, cousins and extended family and friends.
