Larry Floyd Culver, 73, of Phenix City, AL passed away peacefully late Tuesday evening, December 8, 2015 at Columbus Specialty Hospital while surrounded by his loving family.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm EST Friday, December 11, 2015 at Faith Temple Assembly of God Church with Rev. Emory Evans officiating. Interment will follow at Lakeview Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends this evening (Thursday) from 6:00 to 8:00 pm EST at Vance Memorial Chapel in Phenix City.
Larry was born August 19, 1942 in Columbus, GA to the late Herman Culver and Emma Rodgers Culver. He was retired as an independent technician and was a member of the VFW in Phenix City, and a member of Faith Temple Assembly of God Church. He loved karaoke, playing music, was a big Elvis fan entertaining people with his impressions and sound, and most of all enjoyed spending time with all his grandchildren.
He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 37 years, Carol Faye Kittrell Culver, children, Patricia Culver, Steve Lett and wife Patty, Susan Davis, Tim Lett and wife Cicci, Julie Nolin and husband Keith, and Eric Culver and wife Marlene. Grandchildren, Hunter Kennon, Justin Culver, Arbella Culver, Anthony Lett, Tiffany (Brad) Hall, Brandon Donley, McKenzie Davis, Katie Davis, Lauren (Brian) Snellgrove, Ryan (Nichole) Conkel, Hunter Nolin, Beau Nolin, Pete (Ruby) Garner, and Scott (Kellie) Burnham; (9) great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, extended family and many caring friends.
