Lauren Renee Whitley

Ms. Lauren Renee Whitley, 29, of Cataula, Georgia passed away at her residence on Tuesday, November 22, 2016.

Funeral Services for Lauren will be on Monday, November 28, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. EST at Vance Memorial Chapel in Phenix City, AL with the Reverend Jonathon McNees officiating. A private interment will follow at Lakeview Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday, November 27, 2016 from 6-8:00 p.m. EST at the funeral home.

Lauren was born in Columbus, GA to Terry Osborn and Tommy Whitley. Lauren was happily employed as a Patient Educator for Doctor Ryan Overton owner of Chiropractor of Columbus. Everyone who knew Lauren knew of her infectious smile! She was an amazing person who was full of life, happy and very beautiful on the outside but more so, on the inside. Lauren possessed a strong love and affection for animals. Her charm and personality will be missed.

Lauren was preceded in death by Grandfathers Tommy L. Whitley, William Osborn and Clint McGuire, Sr.

Lauren is survived by her father Tommy Whitley of Cataula, GA and fiancé Robin Boyd of Smiths, AL, mother Terry Osborn of Columbus, GA, one brother Jared Whitley of Cataula, GA, two sisters Jaden Boyd and Stephanie Jordan both of Smiths, AL, Love of Her Life Thomas Wall of Box Springs, GA, Grandmothers Jean Cannon of Midland, GA, Bobby McGuire of Phenix City, AL and Lureen Osborn of Columbus, GA and many extended family members and friends.

In Lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the Ronald McDonald house of Columbus, GA or P.A.W.S. animal society of Columbus, GA.
