Linda Diane Hudson

Linda Diane Hudson, 67, of Phenix City, AL, passed away on Saturday, September 13, 2014, surrounded by her loving family.

Funeral services will be held at 3:30 pm EDT, on Tuesday, September 16, 2014, at Vance Memorial Chapel with Reverend Rob Goodman and Reverend Mark Hudson officiating. Interment will be at Lakeview Memory Gardens and the family will receive friends Monday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 pm EDT, at the funeral home.

Mrs. Hudson was born on July 18, 1947, in Columbus, GA, the daughter of the late Corbett and Annie Duncan. She worked as the secretary for Phenix Plumbing Supply and was a member of Summerville Baptist Church.

She is survived by her loving husband, Gerald Hudson of Phenix City, AL; 2 daughters, Pam Wall, husband Jason of Phenix City, AL and Angela Hope, husband Kevin of Spanish Fort, AL; 2 grandchildren, Bailey Hope and Chloe Wall; 3 sisters, Ila Parrish, husband Buck, Marie Newman, and Louise Turner, all of Phenix City, AL; many extended family members and caring friends.

Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to University of South Alabama Mitchell Cancer Center in Mobile, AL. Special thanks to Rodney Rocconi, MD and his staff as well as Gary Dillard, MD and staff.
