Lydia Estrella, 88, of Phenix City, AL formerly of Richmond, VA died at Piedmont Midtown, Columbus, Columbus, GA on Wednesday, September 07, 2022.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM (EST) on Monday, September 12, 2022 according to Vance Brooks Funeral Home, Phenix City, AL. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Monday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Estrella was born March 27, 1934 in Bayamon, Puerto Rico daughter of the late Jose Estrella and Maria Reyes. She enjoyed working word search puzzles, window shopping and traveling with family and friends. Mrs. Estrella was of the Pentecostal faith and found comfort in her worship. All of the fun trips, daily memories and good times will always be cherished in our hearts.
Mrs. Estrella was preceded in death by her parents Jose Estrella and Maria Reyes and a son, Francisco Estrella.
Survivors include her three children, Jamie F. Llinet, Phenix City, AL, Nancy Llinet, Richmond, VA and Samuel Estrella of Phenix City, AL; one sister, Marina Estrella, Puerto Rico; one brother, Emilio Estrella, MA; eleven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and two great-greatgrandchildren; nieces, nephews and friends also survive.
