Mary C. Bradley-Cooper

Mary C. Bradley Cooper, 79, of Phenix City, AL passed away peacefully while surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at the Gentiva Hospice in Columbus, GA.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Saturday, January 21, 2017 at Vance Memorial Chapel in Phenix City with Rev. Barry Danner officiating.  Interment will follow at Lakeview Memory Gardens.  The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 pm EST at the funeral home.

Mrs. Cooper was born June 22, 1937 in Abbeville, AL to the late John Crawford Scott and Mary Alice Fleming Scott.  She was retired from Fieldcrest Mills and was a member of First Assembly of God Church in Phenix City. She loved church and Gospel sings, her flower garden, fishing, collecting dolls, her pet dogs and animals, and she was a registered Elvis fan.  Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Shelby Lee Bradley, and two brothers, Leonard Scott and Milton Scott

She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 35 years, Glen R. Cooper, children, Bobby Bradley and wife Linda, Larry Wayne Bradley and partner Kevin Berry, Wanda Scott Weatherly and husband Keith,  Donna Bradley Parish and husband Charlie, Rhonda Bradley Worley, and James Christopher Scott and wife Lisa, one brother, James Author Scott, (12) grandchildren, Bobby Joe Bradley (Irene), Penny Hoff (Donnie), Allen Bradley (Ann), Stanley Bradley (Stephanie),Christie O’Neill (Doug), Amy Walthall (Malcolm), Misty Parish, Loren Maddux (Reid), Jared Belitz (Kristy), Zach Belitz, Skyler Scott, and Maci Scott,  great grandchildren, Caitlyn, Kaiden, Easton, Emma Grace, and numerous other great grandchildren, numerous extended family members, church family, and many caring friends.  Online condolences may be shared at www.vancememorialchapel.net
