Mrs. Mary Lee Caldwell Hagen, 94, of Phenix City, AL passed away Thursday, December 17, 2020 at her home.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am EST on Saturday, December 19, 2020 at Lakeview Memory Gardens in Phenix City. The family will receive friends Saturday morning from 10:00 to 11:00 am EST at Vance Brooks Funeral Home in Phenix City, AL.
Mrs. Hagen was born March 20, 1926 in Phenix City, AL, daughter of the late Edgar M. Caldwell and Jimmie McKinney Caldwell. Her primary occupation was being a mother to her children. However, later in life, she worked with Early Bird childcare. Mrs. Hagen enjoyed gardening, painting and traveling. She was a long time member of Trinity United Methodist Church, and was one of the oldest members.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Williard B. Hagen, Sr.; a son, Robert E. Hagen; a grandson, Brant Mollett and grand-daughter, Elizabeth Hagen; a great-granddaughter, Crystal Osborn and five sisters.
Mrs. Hagen is survived by a daughter, Shirley Mollett of Phenix City, AL; a son, Williard B. Hagen, Jr. of Phenix City, AL; grandchildren, Williard B. Hagen, III, Heather Allison (Lee) and Antonia Martin; great-grandchildren, Jeffery Osborn, Carlee Martin, Tyler Hagen, Christopher Allison and Brandon Hagen; several other extended family, church family and friends.
Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to Trinity United Methodist Church, 1600 5th Ave, Phenix City, AL 36867.
