Mrs. Mary Jane Ivey Hieronimus

Mrs. Mary Jane Ivey Hieronimus, 74, of Ft. Mitchell, AL passed away Monday, August 30, 2021 at the Piedmont Midtown Medical Center in Columbus, GA.

A graveside service will be held 2:00 pm EST Thursday, September 2, 2021 at Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery with Chaplain Dean Knipe officiating.  The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 pm at Vance Brooks Funeral Home in Phenix City, AL.

Mrs. Hieronimus was born November 21, 1946 in Manchester, GA, daughter of the late William Thomas Ivey and Irene Elizabeth Jordan Ivey.  She retired as an Apartment Manager after many years of service.  Mrs. Hieronimus enjoyed sewing, as well as, arts and crafts.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband Hillert Fred Hieronimus; a sister, Juliette Crowe and a brother, Donzell Ivey.

She is survived by her daughter, Angelia McWaters and husband Joseph of Ft Mitchell, AL; a son, John H. Brink, Jr. of Ft. Mitchell, AL; a sister, Faye Finch of Breman, GA; a grandchild, Joshua Crews; several extended family members and friends.
