Matthew Seth Crosby

Matthew Seth Crosby , 36, of Columbus, GA passed away Thursday, April 06, 2017 at St. Francis Hospital.  A funeral service will be held at Vance-Brooks Funeral Home on Monday, April 10, 2017 beginning at 2:00 P.M. EST.  The interment will conclude the service at Parkhill Cemetery.  The family will receive friends Sunday, April 09, 2017 at Vance-Brooks Funeral Home from 4:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M. EST.  

Mr. Crosby was born May 28, 1980 in Columbus, GA to Roger Dale Crosby and Cheryl Dianne Davis Lipscomb.  He  was a certified welder and also worked in the construction industry for many years.

Survivors include his parents, Dale Crosby and Cheryl Lipscomb; three daughters:  Myla Crosby, Lola Crosby and Adriana Rose Griner; one son, Aven Crosby; and three sisters:  Mary Wahlert (Richard) of Waverly Hall, GA, Courtenay Durham of Columbus, Ga and Marcelline Prince of Warner Robins, GA;  as well as many other caring family members and friends. 

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Vallley Rescue Mission Crossroads at Post Office Box 1232, Columbus, GA  31902.
