Melisa Joy Philp Hall

Melisa Joy Philp Hall, 47, of Panama City, FL died at her home on Tuesday, May 11, 2021.

Ms. Hall was born September 20, 1973 in Grand Rapids, MI daughter of Shirley K. Philp and the late Charles R. Baldry. She will be remembered for her kind heart and caring spirit. Melisa seemed to always put others before herself, ensuring their needs were met before hers. She was taken from us too soon; however, we will always cherish her memories in our hearts.

She was preceded in death by her father, Charles R. Baldry, and her eldest daughter, Sarah Eileen Hall.

Survivors include her son Matthew Hall, Panama City, FL and two precious grandchildren, Matthew Hall and McKinley Hall; her daughter, Angela Hall, Colton, CA; father of her children, Steven Hall, Panama City, FL; her mother, Shirley Philp, and her sister, Crystal Philp; several other family members and close friends also survive.

A Service of Remembrance will be held by her children in Panama City, FL at a later date according to Vance Brooks Funeral Home, Phenix City, AL.
