Mildred Louise Wester

Mildred Frost Wester, 95, of Phenix City, AL passed away on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at the Midtown Medical Center in Columbus, GA.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm EST, on Monday, February 27, 2017 at Vance Memorial Chapel, with Rev. Mike Turner officiating.  Interment will follow at Lakeview Memory Gardens.  The family will receive friends Monday from 2:00 until 3:00 pm EST, one hour prior to the service, at the funeral home.

 Mrs. Wester was born September 15, 1921 in Kite, GA, daughter of the late N. D. Frost and Lizzie Dollar Frost.  She worked as a manager in the restaurant industry, working in Columbus at the Martinique and in Phenix City at Kemp’s and The Steak House. 

 Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers.

 She is survived by one daughter, Betty Adams of Issue, MD; two sons, Bill Wester and wife Wanda of Smiths Station, AL and Brett Wester of Phenix City, AL; six grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and extended family members.
